Chris was so good. Done the mortgage in principle as soon as we had the full address (new build). We provided it to him and mortgage all set up in within the hour. There was a delay with the builders and in that time rates dropped and Chris phoned and got us the lower rates within a few hours. Sharon has been great too. Chris was so good. Done the mortgage in principle as soon as we had the full address (new build). We provided it to him and mortgage all set up in within the hour. There was a delay with the builders and in that time rates dropped and Chris phoned and got us the lower rates within a few hours. Sharon has been great too.
